Gibbings Consulting Ltd. provided airfield electrical planning, design, and construction inspection services for this civil-electrical Runway Extension / Airport Expansion Project. The electrical scope of work under this project consisted of the following:

• New Runway, Taxiway, and Apron Edge Lighting Systems
• Upgraded Field Electrical Centre (FEC) and associated power distribution
• New PAPI System
• New ODALS Approach Lighting System
• New REILS System
• New Aerodrome Beacon, Illuminated Airfield Signs, and Illuminated Windsock
