Gibbings Consulting Ltd. was responsible for the Airfield Electrical Design and Project Management in this multi-year Airfield Lighting Upgrade Program. The scope of work under these projects consisted of the following:

2009 Airfield Electrical / Lighting Upgrades:

• Runway Edge Lighting Upgrades
• Taxiway Edge Lighting System Modifications and Upgrades

2008 Airfield Electrical / Lighting Upgrades:

• Edge Lighting and Feeder Cable Replacement – Various Taxiways
• Feeder Cable Replacement – Various Aprons
• Installation of Illuminated Airfield Signage
• Taxiway de-commissioning and various electrical, signage, and pavement marking modifications

2007 Airfield Electrical / Lighting Upgrades:

• Taxiway Edge Lighting System Replacement
• Replacement of Various Electrical Manhole Covers

2006 Airfield Electrical / Lighting Upgrades:

• Replacement of VASIS with PAPIs
• Installation of Illuminated Airfield Signage
• Replacement of Illuminated Windsock
• New Electrical Power Feed to FEC

2005 Airfield Electrical / Lighting Upgrades:

• Runway Edge Light System Replacement / Re-cabling
• Installation of Illuminated Airfield Signage
